epicware is proud to announce its second collection of Mac OS X screensavers, now available for Mac OS X .
The third collection consists of 22 screensavers, 17 OpenGL accelerated savers and 5 non -accelerated savers
The distribution is released as a .dmg DiskCopy compressed disk image file. Double click the .dmg.gz when downloaded and read the installation instructions.
It consists of the savers and an installation instruction sheet. The source code to all savers which epicware writes is also available as a seperate download.
Download a gzipped Disk Image here MacOSXScreenSaver 3.0.dmg.gz
Download the source code to some of the screensavers here MacOSXScreenSavers.3.0.src.tar.gz
Copy the ScreenSavers folder inside the image into either /Library or ~/Library. I suggest that ~/Library is safer.
Run the System Preferences application. Choose the screen saver of your choice. Sit back and enjoy the graphical fun.
If you already have a ~/Library/ScreenSavers folder, copy just the contents of this ScreenSavers folder into that folder.
You should end up with 22 bundles in ~/Library/ScreenSavers.
